As long as you have some tools, you can print patterns and patterns that suit your needs at home. Follow this article to learn how to print the simple T-shirt you want to print in an ordinary printing shop or furniture.

1.Select the right version

There are many types of T-shirts, including slim, tight and adjustable ones. Choosing the right shirt shape according to your style will make you more comfortable. If the back of the T-shirt is tight, you should fold the shirt and wear it. If you choose a loose shirt style, you need to pay attention to cutting it into a square for easy cutting. If you want to make a T-shirt look more casual, you can choose to cut the inside of the T-shirt into squares or sew it with sewing thread, so that you can make more different styles of clothes. Note that the shape of the T-shirt is just to make some modifications, not to change its original shape, so try to choose a loose shape!

2.Cut, color, and paste

Use a protractor to measure your T-shirt. Then cut the cut T-shirt into a suitable size, with the size of 40 * 10cm and length * width * height=100. Use double-sided adhesive tape to stick on the T-shirt, and fix the excess with adhesive tape. Note that the tape must be hard and not too soft. T-shirts will stick very firmly, so never stick adhesive tape, adhesives or other items on the wall. Then take it to clean it. Soak the T-shirt in hot melt glue for a period of time and then place it again. You can also add a little alcohol or acetone to it to increase viscosity. This is the last step. Don’t relax! Because alcohol can cause clothing to fade and harden. Just put the clothes on the shelf to dry, and then paste them. If you want to print the maximum size, you can also determine the print format size by minimizing the amount or color of each ink (related to the pattern), so as to ensure that the pattern is fixed in the corresponding position and achieve the best effect.

3.Print

Print in a flat area and then print on paper. You can also use screen printing (or inkjet). Different inks can achieve different resolution printing effects. If you print on paper, you need to confirm the abrasion resistance of the paper again. If you want to print deeper and wider colors, you can also try to use multi-color printing. You can print your goods in any printing shop or furniture through the above methods.

4.Finished product packaging

The packaging should be firm and not facing the air. Please ensure that the package is tightly sealed and there is no gas leakage. Make sure that the label and printing paper are completely stuck. You should use some desiccant or solvent to remove excess water and keep the T-shirt wet. Most wrapping papers have hot-melt adhesives or desiccants. You can attach the label to any kind of paper or other material. Print the design on the wrapping paper to ensure that the T-shirt is firmly stuck anywhere (if you want to print it more clearly and larger). Allow the ink to dry faster to ensure that the printing position does not harden or break or fade. If the design on the label is small but bright, you can tear it off to finish printing. If you need to cut and punch for pasting before packaging, you can use a kind of paper called “ironing agent” to handle the fitting label and remove the excess.
